The Tshwane Rehabilitation Hospital is in need of housekeepers. Interested candidates must submit their applications by May 5, 2023, in order to be considered; submissions received after that date will not be taken into account. The Level 02 Salary for this Job Opportunity is R107 196 annually.

REQUIREMENTS :

Grade 10 or Abet is the minimum prerequisite. 0–2 years of household/cleaning experience. reading and numeracy abilities, good interpersonal and communication abilities, both verbally and in writing. possess the fundamentals of math. understanding of safety and hygiene rules. efficient teamwork techniques. abilities to identify problems. be able to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts.

DUTIES :

Gather the diet list and bring it to the main kitchen from the nursing duty room. According to the patient’s diet list, serve meals and tea. Give patients clean, disinfected water containers to drink from. Keep an eye on the ward’s general cleanliness. refrigerator defrosting and cleaning. cleaning products are arranged according to VA2 form. cleaning of the cardiology tables and patient lockers. controlling and protecting the wards’ property, including the silverware. waste separation, such as between general and food waste. Disassemble, count, and record the linen. Be able to work under pressure, be on time, and be willing to continue your education. Work in accordance with the duty roster and observe the leave policies. At all times, put on the proper attire, including a uniform. carry out any tasks assigned by your supervisor.
