MESSENGER DRIVER

REQUIREMENTS

Level 4 Abet or (NQF Level 1-3). A valid B driver’s license is required. Excellent driving skills, good interpersonal skills, and basic communication skills are required. Understanding of transportation regulations. Client focus and orientation have been demonstrated. Excellent interpersonal skills. Extensive travel and a willingness to work long hours, weekends, and public holidays are required.

DUTIES

It is expected that transportation to designated destinations will be provided for the Chairperson. Maintain communication with the office of the Chairperson to make certain that the Chairperson attends his official meetings at the scheduled hour. To ensure that the vehicle is always in the best condition possible, you should carry out inspections of it both before and after each journey. Immediately report any incidents or accidents that have occurred to the automobile. On a regular basis, you should maintain the log book for official travel.

to a skills/knowledge test. Successful candidates will be appointed on a

Successful candidates will be appointed on a probation period of 12/24 months.
The competency assessment will be testing generic managerial competencies
using the mandated DPSA SMS competency assessment tools. Applications
