The applicant must be ready to work as a relief in other Patient Administration Department sections and be assigned to the Patient Affairs Department. Understanding and use of the Ideal Hospital Framework The applicant must be willing to submit to medical surveillance because it is a necessary part of the work.

Duties

Carry out clerical duties in compliance with a legal framework. talking to different stakeholders (patients, community, and employees). patient registration on SAP HIM and manual (downtime registration books). filing of patient files’ other paperwork and loose clinical scripts. Be ready to perform a rotating schedule of shifts in all Patient Affairs Sections (Casualty, Maternity, Mortuary, and others). putting together weekly, daily, and monthly information. responding to verbal and telephone queries. Follow the Ideal Hospital Framework, respect patient rights, and carry out all tasks given to you by your supervisor. Maintain compliance with the Performance Management and Development System (contracting, quarterly reviews, and final assessment).
