DUTIES
is charge of promoting any openings at the organization Organize the shortlisting, picking, and interviewing processes. Directly supervise and control the workers.
REQUIREMENTS
Senior Diploma (Grade 12) Degree or National Diploma in Public Management, Public Administration, or Human Resource Management, as recognized by SAQA Human Resource Management experience of three to five years. The Human Resource Office has approved and stamped documentation of both recent and earlier experience. thorough familiarity with the HR component of Public Service Policies, Acts, and Regulations. extensive knowledge of MS packages, their applications, and computerized personnel and salary systems. interpersonal and communication abilities. the ability to lead others to run the Human Resources Section. logical planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities. understanding of labor relations. Valid driver’s license is advised.
