- A senior Certificate is the minimum educational requirement (or equivalent). No working experience is required for this position. Applicant should at least have experience in Office administration or data capturing experience. Candidates should have administrative skills, have to be excellent at paying attention to details, have effective communication skills, Good telephone etiquette, Ability to work under pressure, and Proficiency with MS Office 365 with well-developed excel skills to prepare detailed spreadsheets using formulas

Key performance areas:
Organize items that are out of stock.
Respond to client questions.
Maintain a list of overdue accounts and handle them.
Administration and record-keeping

Job Category Retail
Job Purposes Assist the buyer with out-of-stock items from vendors.
Check for short-ordered and overstocked items and notify suppliers.
Respond to the Receiving department’s questions.
Respond to client inquiries.
Follow up on unpaid invoices from vendors.
Meeting minutes should be kept.
Assist the Buyer in maintaining the appropriate documentation.
Ensure that proper filing is done.
Update the approved product list with the latest information.
Keep an eye on the rate of sales and pricing at different locations.
