To guarantee that all marketing administrative tasks are completed correctly and on time. SPAR KZN, a division of The SPAR Group Ltd, is looking for a Marketing Admin Controller to join our dynamic team.
Areas of High Performance
All pricing surveys are monitored, controlled, and prepared (i.e. KI and basket surveys).
Before releasing price update reports to retailers, confirm that they are accurate (via commas and SIGMA retail systems).
Keep track of all relevant paperwork for Store Order Directs and follow up on them (SODS).
Liaise with internal and external clients on a daily basis to ensure that all marketing reports are received on schedule.
Maintain positive connections with vendors and retailers.
Deal with all price inquiries and coordinate with the appropriate Category Manager.
Any special requests from the Purchasing Manager.
Retail experience and intermediate Excel and PowerPoint capabilities (advantageous)
SIGMA AS400 expertise – Retail Systems
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Prior experience may be used to make up for a lack of qualifications, and all appointments are subject to our affirmative action policy.
