A Grade 12 student with 1-2 years of experience as a secretary or personal assistant. A national certificate in office administration/management, public administration/management, or secretarial certificate/project management is required. Computer literacy or a Microsoft Office suite certificate Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Working independently and under pressure is a must. Skills in business writing. All secretarial and office administration duties are mastered. Must be self-motivated with a flexible approach to work responsibilities. Ability to juggle many responsibilities and good time management abilities. Ability to prioritize and pay close attention to details. Ability to multitask, operate under pressure, and meet deadlines I’m willing to go the additional mile. When necessary, coordinate logistical arrangements for meetings. A valid driver’s license will be considered an asset.
