Matric or equivalent grade 12 (SAQA accredited NQF Level 4 qualification). A working knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including drug supply management, warehousing, and/or distribution, will be advantageous. Computer literacy and good verbal and nonverbal communication abilities, as well as intra and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of PFMA and Supply Chain Acts, Policies, and Regulations. Knowledge of MEDSAS and RDM computer systems will be beneficial. Innovation in service delivery and excellent customer service.
Ensure that the Gauteng Medical Supplies Depot Policies and Standard Operating Procedures are followed. Green Cards are issued by facilities (hospitals, clinics, EMS, and regional pharmacies). Green card loading and RDM order transfer in MEDSAS. Timely delivery ensures adherence to the delivery schedule. Invoices (IVs) for Warehouse Picking and Dispatching of Pharmaceutical Stock are printed, sorted, and distributed. Respond to any requests for information, process orders, and deliver reports to requestors. Post is being returned to hospitals. Finalized Iv’s and financial reports must be filed. Compilation and reporting of accurate statistics.
