SALARY: R124 434 per annum
CENTRE: Helderberg Hospital
REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants Should have at least Grade 10 (or equivalent). Experience: Having Proper working experience within the maintenance occupation which possesses painting and/or plumbing. Inherent necessities of the job: Readiness to function overtime. Physically able to execute the duties required. Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s license. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Knowledge of the application of the requirements of the Machinery and Occupational Health and Safety Act. Capacity to optimally operate given resources such as tools and materials. The capability to read, write and speak in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Capability to regulate tools, parts, and materials.
DUTIES
(key result areas/outputs): Complete and efficient execution of instructions which possess amongst others, general maintenance. Assist with engineering projects, maintenance and repairs, installations and alterations, and the planning thereof. Strict adherence to the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Assist Handyman/Artisans in the performance of their duties. Exercise control over tools, equipment, and materials. Clear areas where work has been carried out.
