Prepare & provide training to Retail Stores and DC Staff on SPAR Approved systems to enable Users to utilize systems more efficiently.

Focus Areas for the Position:
- Co-ordinate Systems training (DC & Retail) in line with Skills Legislation and SPAR Academy requirements.
- Deliver Systems Training to both DC and Retail Users.
- Develop skills and competencies in the application and utilization of SPAR Retail Systems.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training and implement improvements.
- Develop and ensure update of all training material.
- Market and advertise training courses & schedules.
- Provide advice and guidance to store Owners/Managers in regard to Systems training.
- Ensure updated and accurate Training Reports, Certificates, etc.
- Recover Training costs from the Retailer and Administer on a monthly basis.
- Attend to ad hoc training projects as and when required.
- Provide guidance on the use of systems at Retail.
- Attend to System Upgrades, rollouts and store openings to provide guidance and training.
- Attend to and resolve all IT calls relating to Software.
- Provide Training with IT Scanning & SIGMA System conversion projects.
- Implement and monitor systems and control checklists at Retail.
- Guide, encourage and assist retailers to make use of their IT Systems.
- Ensure required administrative duties are performed.
- Manage IT related Project/Training at Retail
- Troubleshoot and resolve system related problems / issues at Store level.
- Complete system audits at store level.
- Implement & maintain existing & new system standards at Retail.
- Provide in store training at Retail.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Matric
- IT related Qualification Advantageous
- 2-3 Years’ experience in SIGMA
- Facilitation Experience in Systems related Training & Administration
- Excellent Technical & Software Computer Skills
- Good understanding of the SPAR business
- Accounting Experience Advantageous
- ETDP Qualification Advantageous
- Team Player
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication Skills
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Good planning & organizational skills
- Self-Starter & ability to use initiative.
- Willingness to travel extensively and spend time away from home.
- Must be able to work unsupervised.
- Good Analytical & Decision-Making Skills
