· Magento 2

· Technology Performance e.g. Klevu, Nosto, MailChimp, Google Search

· SEO tools

· Google Analytics

· Microsoft Suite

· Knowledge of Digital Marketing e.g. social advertising, email marketing & performance marketing (advantageous)

· Strong Reporting skills – analytical & detail orientated

Skills required:

· Magento 2 Page Builder – CMS

· Payment Gateway Systems

· Courier System

· Klevu & Dotdigital – advantageous

· E-Commerce Packaging Knowledge

· Click & Collect – advantageous

· Store Fulfilment – advantageous

· Technical background & Systems mindset – advantageous

· Engage with Miladys Customer Care regarding feedback from customers and pull reports to create valuable insights for Miladys to enhance the customers experience.

· Assist in examining and responding to ensure Web features are 100% operational to enhance customer experience.

· Under supervision, collaborate and provide support to the broader E-commerce team in the areas of reporting, and systems management to ensure deadlines are met.

· Assist in ensuring accuracy in system feeds (stock, product & price) as reflected on the website

· Monitor the fulfilment performance, and potential challenges and opportunities to minimize risk of lost sales or unhappy customers.

· Utilize third party tools to pull reports and provide regular feedback and updates on sales

   Monitor sales to ensure that these are correctly reflected on the payment gateway

· Assist in developing plans for activities and timelines for marketing campaigns, promo schedules and mailers schedules to ensure deadlines are achieved

· Liaise with Agency for website content and briefing of upcoming events

   Update and remove website content to ensure relevant product information
